The service was very good, the food was brilliant. The twin room was airy, very well taken care of. The stuff was efficient, top-class, and responded promptly to requests. It had central location close to Bullring Pontevedra...

hotel staff are very nice at all times and common facilities are very nice and welcoming. Its location is perfect to go everywhere in the center walking. breakfast cafe (Order from the cafeteria not from the breakfast machine). good.
short breakfast in general. Few pastries or sweets and no hot dishes like eggs, bacon or sausages. room, although it was very large and bright, lacked a bedside table on the right side of the bed. I understand that it is because of the space between the walls and bed by design, it does not fit that a recently remodeled hotel, with so much space in the rooms and 4 stars, does not take into account this detail in the redesign of the headboards and beds. We had to put one of the chairs as a small table next to the bed, bathroom, although it had a trash can, did not have a trash bag, that is, everything lying there was in direct contact with the plastic, is unpleasant to see and more to collect by the cleaning service.

I appreciated the central location, made exploring the area's attractions easy. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The breakfast was quite limited and didn't meet expectations, and the room decor felt outdated.

It was excellent stay, I thoroughly enjoyed excellent food.
The location was good, at a moderate distance from Pontevedra Museum. The staff were pretty friendly and amazingly kind and the facilities were great. My room was big and included central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar.

l did not enjoy my stay. It mainly caters for tour groups and large group bookings, rather than individuals.
It is very noisy. The facilities listed on website were not available even though requested well in advance. ie; Car-parking & double bed.

Our room was really big and comfortable, with a lovely big bathroom. It was also very very clean. The location was ideal for walking around Pontevedra. I would recommend this hotel.
The hotel bar is quite different from the rest of the hotel - it was really old fashioned and though I didn't actually eat in the restaurant I could see it was also in need of a makeover.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town.
I was disappointed with the limited electrical outlets in the room. I found the breakfast options to be quite lacking, with a burnt flavor to the coffee, upsetting. Lastly, not having a kettle for in-room coffee or tea was a unexpected inconvenience given the hotel's quality.

My journey from doubt to delight
The reception team was friendly, while the large bed offered a coziness, made for a restful night. The shower was hot and refreshing after a long day.
Unfortunately, parking access was challenging in the tight underground garage, and the breakfast options felt lackluster, leaving much room for improvement. There were no English TV channels.
